Planning permission for a collection of 14 homes was approved in December 2020, five of which will be affordable homes provided by a registered provider. The development will provide much needed new homes for the local area, from 1–2-bedroom apartments to 2-, 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes, there is something for all, to encourage a sense of community in this rural setting.
