After winning the Quality Recognition Excellence award in October 2020 for Phase 1 of our Rivers Edge development in Wimborne, we are thrilled to be praised once again and awarded the Excellence award for Phase 2 - a collection of 29 private homes, all of which are under construction and ready for occupation from September 2021.
The award, presented by Premier Guarantee demonstrates the recognition of exceptional site management, craftmanship, health & safety and site tidiness.
Premier Guarantee held the award ceremony on 18th August 2021 at the Rivers Edge development which was attended by Premier’s representatives, the Wyatt Homes team and the site contractors. Local catering company ‘Dexter’s Happy Street Food’ cooked a delicious variety of locally sourced meat and veggie burgers and local photographer ‘Harbour View photography’ captured the joyful occasion as everybody gathered to congratulate one another on the fantastic achievement.
Senior Risk Assessment Surveyor, Tim Warren at Premier Guarantee had previously congratulated Site Manager Neil Baker-Clipston and Assistant Site Manager Stuart Clark during a visit to the development, complimenting that it’s the best site that he has seen recently. Neil expressed “It’s a great development to be working on, the contractors on site are fantastic at what they do and they are all so friendly, it’s a brilliant team.”
Those that attended the award ceremony were also lucky enough to have a preview viewing of the exquisite show home, which will be open to the public on 21st August 2021.

You will be offered 48 hours to decide whether you would like to proceed to officially reserving the plot. Should you choose to proceed with the purchase, you will be invited to book in your Reservation appointment. No further fee is required at this stage

All you need to do is complete a short form and give it to your friend to hand to one of our Sales Advisors upon their first visit to a Wyatt Homes Development. If your recommendation results in the purchase of a Wyatt Home we will give you £500.

We’re so pleased you love your new home. If you know someone who is considering moving and they have not already registered with us, please ask your Sales Advisor for a Recommend a Friend form and send it to your friend/family member to complete. They will need to take along with them on their first visit to meet our Sales Advisors.
