We strive to deliver an exemplary service to all our customers to ensure they are completely delighted with every aspect of their new home and the service they receive throughout the process.

We are extremely proud of our reputation and thankful to our customers for their support and complimentary feedback. From surveys carried out in 2023, 100% of customers would buy a Wyatt Home again.

Our Process

Step 1/4: Pre-inspection Home Demonstration

Prior to moving in, you will be invited by the Sales Advisor to attend a demonstration of your new home with the Site Manager. The Site Manager will explain how your home has been constructed and how everything works, such as the heating and all the appliance controls etc. You will also be shown the location of the meters and valves. This will allow you to feel familiar with the workings of your home before you move in.

Step 2/4: Welcome Pack

On Legal Completion, you’ll be welcomed into your new home by a member of our Site and / or Sales team and your keys will be handed to you. You will be emailed a Welcome pack, (a pdf preview can be found below), which includes all the relevant information for your home, such as emergency contact numbers, registering appliances and helpful tips. You will also be handed certificates and instruction manuals for home appliances.

Step 3/4: Structural Warranty

On Legal Completion, our 2-year Customer Care service will commence. We pledge to rectify any defects within this time. Your home also has a 10-year structural warranty with Premier Guarantee, the certificate will be provided to you by your Solicitor. This industry-regulated scheme gives you an independent resolution service, should a problem arise. Further information available here

Step 4/4: Customer Care

On the 7th day of you occupying your new home, the Site Manager will arrange to meet you, to check how you are getting on and answer any questions you may have.

Following this, our Wyatt Homes Customer Care representative will be in contact to introduce themselves, as they will be your point of contact going forward, should you need to report any defects or have any queries relating to your new home. Contact details can be found below.

Consumer Code

The Consumer Code for Home Builders was developed by the homebuilding industry to make the home buying process fairer and more transparent for purchasers.

As a member of the Consumer Code for Home Builders, Wyatt Homes is compliant with the latest iteration of the Code, the fifth edition, which came into force on 1st January 2024.

The Code covers every stage of the home buying process – pre-contract, exchange of contract and during occupation. It also ensures that home buyers are treated fairly, know what service levels to expect and are given enough reliable information upon which to make their purchasing decisions.

We will help you sell your existing property

You’ll receive assistance from our experienced Sales Advisors to help sell your home by organising valuations from our recommended Estate Agents who will look after the marketing of your property from start to finish.

We will contribute towards your Estate Agent fees

We will also contribute towards your Estate Agent fees, helping to make your move into a new Wyatt home as hassle free as possible, so you can sit back and relax. Wyatt Homes may hold the plot for 4 weeks while your house is on the market.

Reserve your Wyatt home

Once you have agreed an offer on your own home, you will be invited by the Sales Advisor to reserve your new home and complete the paperwork.

Move into your dream Wyatt Home

When your Wyatt Home is ready, we will simply hand over your keys!

What is Part Exchange

Part exchange could provide a quick, simple and stress-free move. If you’ve got an existing property that you will need to sell before you can secure your new home, part exchange could be the ideal solution.

The property market is notoriously unpredictable. Unfortunately, property chains and slow sales progression mean around a third of property sales will fall through before completion.

What is Early Bird?

If you have your heart set on a particular home within a Wyatt Homes development, but it hasn't been officially released for sale, our Early Bird Scheme gives you the opportunity to secure first refusal when the plot is released for sale.

Early Bird is only available on selected plots and may not be available at all of our developments. Please speak to our Sales Advisors to check availability and for any specific information regarding the Early Bird process.

Secure your Early Bird against your dream home with just an Early Bird fee of £150*

We will contact you when the home is ready to be released

When the home is ready to be released for sale, the Sales Advisor will be able to release the purchase price and anticipated completion month to you.

Reserve your Wyatt home

You will be offered 48 hours to decide whether you would like to proceed to officially reserving the plot. Should you choose to proceed with the purchase, you will be invited to book in your Reservation appointment. No further fee is required at this stage

Move into your dream Wyatt home

When your Wyatt home is ready, we will simply hand over your keys!

Do you know someone that would love a Wyatt Home?

All you need to do is complete a short form and give it to your friend to hand to one of our Sales Advisors upon their first visit to a Wyatt Homes Development. If your recommendation results in the purchase of a Wyatt Home we will give you £500.

We’re so pleased you love your new home. If you know someone who is considering moving and they have not already registered with us, please ask your Sales Advisor for a Recommend a Friend form and send it to your friend/family member to complete. They will need to take along with them on their first visit to meet our Sales Advisors.

Receive £500

We can then register your friend/family members details and if they proceed to buy a Wyatt Home we will send you £500 as a 'thank you' when they legally complete.
